ADATA Technology and Giga Computing, a subsidiary of GIGABYTE Technology, have announced establishing a new server production line in Brazil. The move aims to expand the companies’ presence in Latin America’s growing enterprise computing market, leveraging ADATA’s memory and storage solutions alongside Giga Computing’s server hardware expertise.

For over a decade, Brazil has been a focus for ADATA’s regional strategy. The company initially set up a manufacturing plant in São Paulo in 2016, followed by a second facility in Manaus in 2021. ADATA cites these investments and fully automated production processes as key factors enabling a stable supply of products to the local market. The company’s Brazilian operations have also received recognition through the “Great Place to Work® Brazil” certification for three consecutive years, from 2022 to 2024.

In the first quarter of 2025, ADATA and Giga Computing formalized a long-term partnership to support the local assembly of server products. The partnership aims to meet increasing demand from regional customers for customized, high-performance systems, particularly in the AI and high-performance computing (HPC) sectors.

Felipe Masselli, Vice President of ADATA Brazil, commented on the collaboration, emphasizing the role of the new production line in strengthening the local supply chain and supporting the growth of Latin America’s server market. Chen Lee, Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Giga Computing, highlighted the expected delivery times and flexibility improvements for regional clients.

Both companies indicated that their joint efforts would continue to focus on offering integrated server solutions tailored to the needs of enterprise customers in the Mercosur countries, positioning themselves to capture new opportunities in emerging technology sectors.
